About our Founder
With over 20 years of experience as a small business owner, entrepreneur, award-winning author, and consultant, Jim brings his experience as a survivor of success and failure to the world of business coaching and consulting.
As a Certified Professional Coach, he turned years of business experience, personal values, and a belief in transformative energy into a laser-focused professional objective: to support small and medium-sized business owners as they expand into their highest and best selves.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology and music from Southwestern University and studies in Arizona State University’s Architecture and Design master’s degree program, he now includes Certified Coach in his educational accomplishments.
He is a past member of the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund, serving on its Executive Board of Directors. His other commitments include PAWS/LA, which assists with the care of pets for people living with disabilities, KidSmart, an art education foundation for inner-city youth, and recently joining the Board of Directors for the Henry Knox Museum, Thomaston, Maine. He currently lives and works from his home on the Maine coast.

What is the first step?
The first step is to reach out and request a free revenue experience. In under 50 minutes, we'll find thousands of dollars of untapped revenue in two or three strategies and hand you the roadmap to execute those strategies. It's our gift to you.
How do you differ from the other consulting firms?
How do you differ from the other consulting firms?
Unlike other consulting firms that take a cookie-cutter approach to every client, we take the time to understand each client's unique situations and pain points to develop solutions tailored to their needs.
How much do your consulting services cost?
Each project is unique and, therefore, priced accordingly. Rest assured, our rates are competitive and we're very creative about how clients and fees engage. After an initial consultation, we'll be able to provide you with a quote for our services.
What kind of industries do you specialize in?
We are agnostic about the type of industries we serve. We specialize in working with small businesses hungry to become medium-size businesses. Our current clients include coaches, authors, therapists, health service providers, agencies, creatives, architects, engineers, designers, and manufacturers.
How soon should I expect to see results from your consulting services?
That's a difficult question to answer, and it depends on many factors, including your current situation, your goals, your cooperation, and your available resources. During the planning stage, we will establish both short—and long-term goals.
Do you ever invest in your clients?
Yes. Occasionally, we will consider taking an equity stake in our client's company. We can also help you secure financing and outside funding if necessary.
